Boquerones & White Bean Houmous

Ingredients
1 can of cannellini beans
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1⁄2 tsp salt
1⁄2 tsp ground coriander
1⁄2 tsp ground cumin
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp tahini
2 cloves garlic
4 slices sourdough, toasted
16 Boquerones
Sumac
Method
Blend the beans, lemon juice, salt, coriander, cumin, olive oil, tahini and garlic together in a food processor until it forms a smooth paste.
Cut each slice of toast into four and serve the mixture on the sourdough, topped with one anchovy and a pinch of sumac.
